NON DESTRUCTIVE TESTING SERVICES

Radiographic testing is working on the principle of penetration and absorption. Radiography is used to test a variety of non-metallic products and metallic products such as welds, castings, forgings, and fabrications.

MAGNETIC PARTICLE TESTING

EDDY CUREENT TESTING
Eddy Current Testing (ECT) is based on the principle of generating circular electric currents. The coils are connected to the AC generator or a magnetic field (Primary field). ECT is used to detect the discontinuities on the surface and subsurface of the metals.

PHASED ARRAY ULTRASONIC TESTING ( PAUT )
Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) is an advanced nondestructive examination technique. each of which is pulsed individually with computer-calculated timing. PAUT can be used for more complex geometric weld inspections, high thick materials and crack detection.
TIME-OF-FLIGHT DIFFRACTION TESTING ( TOFD )
Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD) is a reliable and fastest method of nondestructive ultrasonic testing (UT) used to look for flaws in welds. TOFD uses the time of flight of an ultrasonic pulse to find the location of a reflector. It gives fast results & more accuracy.
AUTOMATED ULTRASONIC TESTING
Automated Ultrasonic Testing (AUT) automated technique that utilizes a multi-channel. AUT is used in a number of industries and can be an effective method for inspecting a number of different types of equipment. used to inspect pressure vessels, piping, storage tanks, spheres, and other equipment.
MULTI AXIS IMMERSION TESTING
Ultrasonic Immersion Scanning, being an advance form of ultrasonic testing. UT is mainly utilized to precisely locate, classify, and size defects in different materials. Is used for metallic and composite materials. Is used for detecting flaws in Alloy Rods & Flats, Submerged in water in stainless steel tank.
POSITIVE MATERIAL IDENTIFICATION ( PMI )
PMI testing is the analysis of materials to determine chemical composition. It gives quick results without damaging the material. It can detect Ferrous and non-ferrous material compositions. Used for Pressure-retaining components, welds, pipes, structural works, fittings, weld overlays, etc
POST WELD HEAT TREATMENT
Heat treatment is involving heating and cooling of metal or alloy, in solid state, to obtain desired properties. The reason for heat treatment are to obtain higher strength & hardness, toughness, to material, remove segregation, refine the grainsize, remove cold work effects, soften the material, improve machinability, relieve internal stresses, improve wear & corrosion resistance.
